All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we will keep you informed of all progress.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days), calculated at checkout

• Express Shipping (1–3 business days), calculated at checkout

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

  International Shipping:
  We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

  Order Tracking:
  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

  Lost or Stolen Packages:
  Once your package is shipped and tracking information is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you need further help, please feel free to reach out to us.

  Address Accuracy:
  Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
